I can relate to almost anyone out there that has had depression, obesity, addiction, food allergies, and the list goes on. I literally ate out every day for almost 6 years! Not once did I cook. I just ate out and then, you guessed it; bad news, lots of bad news, from the doctor. All the eating out had caused me to have a fatty liver, severe inflammation, more depression, and a ton of other issues.
I want to share with you that since I’ve changed my lifestyle to raw-vegan, so much in my life has improved. No more inflammation, I’m not depressed, I was able to quit several addictions, my energy is through the roof, and hundreds of other positive changes in my life.
